Whether you’re dressing a school, a corporate team, a sports club, or your own clothing brand, the right T-shirt manufacturer decides how your T-shirts look after the tenth wash, not just the first. Saad Enterprises is a T-shirt manufacturer in Pakistan with its own factory near I-10, Rawalpindi. We cut, stitch, print,t and embroider T-shirts in bulk, at factory-direct prices.

This guide covers everything a buyer should know: the types of T-shirts you can order, which fabric and GSM to choose, how printing and embroidery compare, what drives the price, and how to place a bulk order without surprises.

Why Pakistan is a strong place to make T-shirts

Pakistan is one of the world’s largest cotton producers, and its textile industry covers every step: spinning, knitting, dyeing, ng and stitching. Faisalabad, Karachi, Lahore, and Sialkot supply knitwear to buyers worldwide.

If you’re buying inside Pakistan, a local manufacturer adds three more advantages:

  • No import costs or customs delays: you pay for the T-shirts, not the shipping and duties.
  • Physical samples before you pay for bulk: you can feel the fabric and check the print in person.
  • Faster re-orders: the same factory, fabric,c and size chart every time you reorder.

Types of T-shirts we make

  • Plain round-neck T-shirts: in cotton or poly-cotton, ready for your logo. See our custom T-shirt printing options.
  • Printed promotional T-shirts: for events, launches, campaigns and giveaways. They are often ordered with matching caps and tote bags.
  • Polo shirts: in cotton pique with an embroidered logo, the most popular staff T-shirt for offices, retail and hospitality. They’re part of our corporate uniforms.
  • School and college T-shirts: PE shirts and house-colour T-shirts as part of the school uniform.
  • Sports and dri-fit T-shirts: moisture-wicking polyester with sublimated names and numbers, ordered with our sports uniforms.
  • Work T-shirts: heavier cotton or poly-cotton T-shirts for factory, warehouse and delivery teams.
  • Hoodies and sweatshirts: for winter, in the same colours and logo. See our guide to hoodie manufacturers in Pakistan.

Which GSM should you choose?

  • 140–160 GSM: light and low-cost, good for one-day events and giveaways.
  • 170–190 GSM: the all-round choice for staff, schools, ls and regular wear.
  • 200–240 GSM: heavyweight and premium, for clothing brands and oversized streetwear styles.

Always ask for the fabric and GSM in writing on the quote. Two T-shirts at very different prices are often the same style in very different fabric weights.

Printing and branding methods

MethodBest forGood to know
Screen printingBulk orders with 1–4 colour designsThe lowest cost per piece on big runs
DTF printingFull-colour logos, photos and small runsNo set-up per colour, sharp detail
EmbroideryPolo shirts, staff uniforms, premium logosThe most durable option, with a raised finish
SublimationAll-over designs on light polyesterThe colour is dyed in, so nothing can crack or peel

We do all four in-house at our Rawalpindi factory, so one order can combine them, for example, an embroidered chest logo on a polo with a printed back design on event T-shirts.

What affects the price of bulk T-shirts

The quote for the same T-shirt can vary a lot. These are the factors that move the price:

  • Fabric and GSM: cotton and heavier fabrics cost more than poly-cotton and lighter weights.
  • Quantity: the per-piece price falls as the order grows, because set-up is shared across more pieces.
  • Branding: the number of print colours, the print size, and the stitch count for embroidery.
  • Number of print positions: front only, or front, back and sleeve.
  • Sizes: 3XL and above use more fabric.
  • Finishing: custom neck labels, hang tags, and individual packing.

  • The fabric and GSM are written on the quote.
  • A physical sample is made with your real logo.
  • The sample has been washed 3–5 times to check shrinkage, colour, and print cracking.
  • You have a size chart with chest, length,h and sleeve measurements.
  • The minimum order fits your quantity.
  • They keep your sample and size chart on file for re-orders.

Frequently asked questions

What is the minimum order for custom T-shirts?

At Saad Enterprises, bulk T-shirt orders usually start from 30–50 pieces per design. The exact minimum depends on the fabric and the printing or embroidery method, and we confirm it on your quote.

What is the best fabric for printed T-shirts?

Cotton and cotton-rich blends (CVC 60/40) give the softest feel and take screen printing and DTF very well. For sublimation and sports T-shirts, choose light-coloured polyester.

What GSM is good for a T-shirt?

For most staff, school, and everyday T-shirts, 170–190 GSM is the right balance of comfort and durability. Use 140–160 GSM for one-day events, and 200 GSM or more for premium and streetwear T-shirts.

Do you deliver T-shirts outside Rawalpindi and Islamabad?

Yes. We deliver bulk orders across Pakistan. You can also collect from our Rawalpindi head office and factory, or our offices in Islamabad and Faisalabad.
