For most bulk orders, a cotton-polyester fleece gives the best balance. It feels like cotton, washes better, and holds its shape and colour longer.
Which GSM to choose
GSM (grams per square metre) tells you how heavy and warm a hoodie is.

For winter uniforms in the twin cities and the north, we usually recommend 320–380 GSM brushed fleece. Always ask for the GSM on the quote, because a lower price often means a lighter fabric.

Many orders combine methods: an embroidered logo on the chest and a printed design on the back. We do embroidery and printing in-house, so both happen under one roof.
What separates a good hoodie from a cheap one
Two hoodies can look the same online and wear very differently. Check these details on your sample:
- A double-layer hood: it holds its shape and doesn’t sag.
- Ribbed cuffs and hem with stretch: they spring back instead of going loose after a few washes.
- Reinforced seams: overlocked and cover-stitched, with bar-tacks at the pocket corners.
- Eyelets for the drawcord: metal or stitched eyelets stop the cord holes from tearing.
- A pre-shrunk, anti-pill fabric: it keeps its size and stays smooth after washing.
- Neck labels and size tags: a woven brand label or printed neck tag gives a finished look.
Sizing and fit
Hoodies come in two main fits: a regular fit for staff and school wear, and an oversized fit that’s popular for events and university hoodies. We make sizes from XS to 3XL. Ask for a size set so your team can try them on before you confirm the size breakdown.
When comparing size charts, check three measurements: chest width, body length, and sleeve length. Hoodies that look right on the chart but run short in the body are the most common complaint.
