These terms apply when you use uniformsuppliers.com.pk or order custom uniforms and garments from Saad Enterprises (“we”, “us”), a uniform manufacturer in Rawalpindi supplying schools, offices, hospitals, hotels and factories across Pakistan.
We cover quotes, samples, bulk orders, embroidery and printing, payment, delivery, and returns for all our products: school and college uniforms, corporate uniforms, medical scrubs and lab coats, hotel and restaurant uniforms, industrial workwear, and more.
By requesting a quote or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If your written quote or order confirmation says something different, the quote or confirmation applies.
Using our website
- Product photos show examples of our work. Your garments are made to the specification you approve, so fabric, colour and details may differ from the photos.
- We don’t publish fixed prices. You receive a written quote for your specific order.
- All text, photos and designs on this website belong to Saad Enterprises unless stated otherwise. Please don’t copy or reuse them without our permission.
Quotes and minimum orders
- Quotes are based on the garment, fabric, quantity, sizes, and branding you tell us. If any of these change, the price and delivery date may change too.
- A quote is valid for the period stated on it.
- Bulk orders usually start from 30–50 sets per design. The exact minimum depends on the garment, fabric, and branding method, and is confirmed on your quote.
To get a free bulk quote, send us the garment, quantity, sizes, and your logo on WhatsApp or through our contact page.
Samples and approval
- We provide fabric swatches and, for bulk orders, a pre-production sample for your approval.
- Please check the sample carefully: fabric, colour, fit, stitching, and logo size and position.
- Once you approve the sample, bulk production follows it. Changes requested after approval may affect the price and delivery date.
Orders and payment
- Your order is confirmed when we have your written approval (for example by email or WhatsApp) and any payment required by your quote.
- Payment terms, including any advance payment, are stated on your quote or order confirmation.
- Goods remain our property until they are paid for in full.
Production, delivery and collection
- Delivery dates on quotes are estimates, based on fabric availability and our production schedule. We will tell you promptly if a date may change.
- We aren’t responsible for delays caused by events outside our control, such as fabric shortages, transport disruption, power outages or natural events.
- We deliver across Pakistan. Any delivery charges are shown on your quote. You can also collect your order from our Rawalpindi, Islamabad or Faisalabad offices.
- Please check the goods when they arrive. Responsibility for the goods passes to you once they are delivered or collected.
Sizes, colours and fabric
- You are responsible for the size counts in your order. We can provide size sets so your staff or students can try sizes before you confirm.
- Fabric is dyed in batches, so small shade differences between batches are normal, especially on re-orders. We match re-orders to your approved sample as closely as possible.
- Colours on screens can look different from the real fabric. Please approve colours from a physical swatch.
Logos and artwork
- When you send us a logo, name or design, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it.
- We may refuse to produce a design that we believe infringes someone else’s rights or is unlawful.
- We match embroidery and print colours to your artwork as closely as the thread or ink allows.
Faults, returns and cancellations
- Uniforms are made to order, often with your logo, so we can’t accept returns or exchanges if you simply change your mind.
- If items are faulty or don’t match the approved sample, tell us within 7 days of delivery and send photos. We will inspect them and then repair, replace, or credit the affected items.
- If you cancel after we have bought fabric or started production, you will need to pay for the materials and work already done.
Liability
- Our total liability for any order is limited to the price paid for that order.
- We aren’t liable for indirect losses, such as loss of business or profit.
- Nothing in these terms removes any rights you have under the laws of Pakistan that cannot legally be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Rawalpindi.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page on the date you place your order applies to that order. Please also read our Privacy Policy.
Frequently asked questions
What is the minimum order for custom uniforms?

Can we return custom uniforms?
Not if you simply change your mind, because each order is made to your specification and often carries your logo. If items are faulty or don’t match the approved sample, tell us within 7 days of delivery and send photos. We will then repair, replace,e or credit them.
Do you make a sample before bulk production?
Yes. We send fabric swatches and, for bulk orders, a pre-production sample for your approval. You can also see fabrics at our Rawalpindi head office. Bulk production follows the sample you approve.
Do you deliver outside Rawalpindi and Islamabad?
Yes. We deliver across Pakistan, and any delivery charge is shown on your quote. You can also collect your order from our Rawalpindi, Islamabad, or Faisalabad office.
